Delete your account
Two ways to delete your Paradise Puzzles account and its data, and what happens next.
1. In the game
- Open Paradise Puzzles and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The game deletes your account and backup from our server first, then erases your progress on the device and restarts. It needs a connection: if our server can't be reached, nothing is deleted, so try again when you're online.
Lost the device, but linked a sign-in, such as Game Center or Google Play Games? Install the game on another device, recover your island in Settings → Account & recovery with the same sign-in, then delete it there.
2. By email, without the game
Email admin@obsidaby.com with the subject “Delete my Paradise Puzzles account” and include:
- your Player ID, if you have it (a screenshot of the Profile screen is fine);
- the highest level you reached;
- roughly how many gems you had;
- roughly when you started playing (month and year).
What happens after you email
Other players can see Player IDs, so an ID on its own doesn't prove an account is yours. We compare the level, gems and start month you send with the account: when at least two of them match, we delete it and tell you what was removed. If they don't match, we ask for more information instead of deleting someone else's island. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner. Never send us a password or a game access token.
What's deleted
- Your game account, access tokens and linked sign-in identifiers (such as Game Center or Google Play Games). Those accounts themselves are not deleted.
- Your online progress and cloud backup: islands, buildings, name, currency and items, including items you bought.
- Your friend requests, friends (including those a sign-in service brought), blocks, purchase records and activity records.
- When you delete in the game: your progress and settings on the device.
What's kept
- A scrambled (hashed) reference to each App Store or Google Play purchase, with no link to you, so the same purchase can't be claimed again. Items you bought are deleted with the account and can't be restored.
- Other players may keep anonymised records of attacks or raids that changed their islands.
- Anonymous gameplay statistics, if you had them switched on. They were never linked to your account, so we can't find them to delete them. They're automatically removed within 3 months.
- Your emails to support, and a short record that the deletion was done, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Refunds are separate: ask the store you paid (see Support).
